“We engaged Raj from AMG Architects to assist us with an extension on a house we had just purchased. This house had recently been extended however we wanted to add a garage, a study, an extra bathroom and a master suite with a WIR. Raj consulted with us about things that were important to us and came up with a design that met the brief. The new extension was to look like that two pieces of work were done as one. We didn’t want to have to leave the house whilst this extension was being done so Raj worked hand in hand with our building, Jamie Lynch to put a process in place that meant works could be done without us having to leave our home. This was a huge win for us as we had a year 12 student and she could stay in the house and study from her bedroom.

Raj worked closely with Geelong Council to get the approvals sorted to ensure we could get work commenced as soon as possible. Working closely with the builder and with constant inspections and suggestions work on the extension all went to plan. The process was flawless, thanks for the planning and thought that Raj put into project.

Working with Raj was a pleasure, his attention to detail, ability to work with other parties throughout the process and project ensured the build went smoothly and the outcome was above our expectations. I would recommend AMG Architects to anyone working on a similar project. Project was delivered on time, on budget and was a very smooth and pleasing process. Thanks for what you have done for us Raj.”
